Delivery Terms
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment service provider:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Online banking (Finnish banks)
Delivery Method and Time
All our training courses are delivered as digital services:
- Public trainings: Confirmation and access details are sent immediately after successful payment via email
- Private trainings: Our team will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the training
- Training materials are provided digitally during or after the training session
Delivery Costs
All prices include VAT. There are no additional delivery costs as all services are delivered digitally.
Consumer Rights (Distance Selling)
Right to Cancel
According to Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Important Exception:
The right to cancel does not apply if the training has already started during the cancellation period. By registering for a training that begins within 14 days, you explicitly consent to the service starting during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the training has commenced.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, send an email to info@northcode.fi with your order details and cancellation request. Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- Order number or payment reference
- Training name and date
- Clear statement of your intention to cancel
Refund Process
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. You do not bear any costs for the return or cancellation.
Payment Service Provider
The payment service on this website is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on your bank or card statement, and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license and is supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
When using the payment service, your information is transmitted securely using an encrypted connection to the payment service provider. The online store does not store your bank or credit card information.

Additional Terms
Training Participation
By purchasing a training, you agree to:
- Attend the training at the scheduled date and time
- Provide accurate participant information when required
- Not share training materials without permission
Changes and Cancellations by Provider
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training if necessary (e.g., insufficient registrations, force majeure). In such cases, registered participants will be notified immediately and offered:
- Participation in an alternative date, or
- Full refund of the paid amount
